HM King congratulates Ugandan President

Manama, Oct. 8 (BNA):  His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President of Uganda, on his country’s Independence Day.
