Two ships detained in Sea of Okhotsk for violating fishing rules.

PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY, July 16 (Itar-Tass) - The Topaz and Oniks
ships flying the Cambodian flag entered Russia's territorial waters
without notifying border guard services to be detained in the Sea of
Okhotsk, the Federal Security Service's north-east border guard department told Itar-Tass on Thursday.

The two vessels are registered at the port of Phnom-Penh. The crews
consist of Russian citizens.
Border guards found 12 tonnes of live opilio crab on board of Topaz
and over 53 tonnes of different species of crab in Oniks' hold.
The captains provided documents under which crab and bait, over 9
tonnes of frozen fish, were reloaded to the vessels in Japan's exclusive
economic zone.
Administrative cases against the ships' captains were instituted. All
crab was thrown back into the sea.
The ships will be tugged to the nearest port of Russia for further
investigation.
