Saudi Media Forum Announces February Launch Date

Cannes, October 16, 2025, SPA -- The Saudi Media Forum announced that its fifth edition will be held in Riyadh from February 2 to 4, 2026, under the theme “Media in an Evolving World.”
   The forum stated that it would bring together more than 270 international media experts and professionals, featuring over 100 sessions and workshops covering themes of digital transformation, sustainability, and media talent development.
   The announcement was made during the forum’s participation in the MIPCOM CANNES exhibition in France, one of the world’s leading gatherings for television production and creative content, as part of its efforts to foster investment partnerships and build cooperation bridges with major global media organizations.
   As part of its activities, the forum also announced the launch of the "Future of Media" (FOMEX) Exhibition, which is considered the largest of its kind in the region, aiming to attract leading global companies specializing in media production and advanced technologies, thereby strengthening the Kingdom’s investment role in this vital sector.
   Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA) Chief Executive and Saudi Media Forum Chairman Mohammed bin Fahad Alharthi stated that the development witnessed by the “Saudi MIB” initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s leadership in the field of artificial intelligence (AI).
   Based on this status, the Saudi Media Forum affirms its commitment to transforming this technological advancement into added value for global media by supporting Saudi and international talents in developing new AI-based media tools and platforms that redefine creative production in the digital age.
