Foreign Minister receives copy of credentials of appointed Lebanese Ambassador to Bahrain

Manama, Oct. 19 (BNA): Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received a copy of the credentials of Hadi Hachem, Ambassador of the Republic of Lebanon to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Dr. Al Zayani welcomed Ambassador Hachem and commended the longstanding relations between Bahrain and Lebanon, noting their continued growth across various domains. He wished him success in carrying out his diplomatic duties.

On his part, Ambassador Hachem expressed pride in representing Lebanon in the Kingdom and emphasised his commitment to enhance bilateral cooperation in different areas to serve the shared interests of both countries and peoples.

The meeting was attended by Shaikh Abdullah bin Ali Al Khalifa, Director General of Bilateral Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Salah Mohammed Shihab, Chief of Protocol; and Ambassador Ahmed Mohammed Al Turaifi, Head of the Arab and African Affairs Sector.
