Monsha’at, Thailand’s NIA Sign MoU to Promote Innovation and Tech Startups

   Riyadh, November 06, 2025, SPA -- The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding with Thailand’s National Innovation Agency (NIA) to support technology startups through the launch of joint innovation competitions, and to leverage international best practices in innovation by developing collaborative programs with research and innovation centers and business incubators in both countries.
   The signing took place on the sidelines of the Biban Forum 2025 in Riyadh, held from November 5 to 8 under the theme “Global Destination for Opportunities.”
   The forum features broad international participation, with agreements and deals exceeding SAR22 billion, reinforcing its status as a leading global platform for economic and entrepreneurial cooperation between the Kingdom and countries worldwide.
