Qatar Airways Announces Direct Flights Between Doha, Hail Starting January

   Hail, November 12, 2025, SPA -- Qatar Airways officially announced the launch of direct flights between Doha and Hail, scheduled to begin on January 5, 2026, with three weekly flights. The initiative, which received the direct support and attention of Hail Region Governor and Hail Region Development Authority Chairman Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, reflects the region's increasing prominence on the Gulf air transport map.
   This announcement aligns closely with the objectives of the aviation program, which is consistent with the broader goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
   The new route is the result of collaborative efforts between Qatar Airways, the Hail Region Development Authority, the Second Airports Cluster, Airports Holding Company, and the Air Connectivity Program.  The integrated efforts are aimed at enhancing air connectivity between Gulf cities and strategically supporting the economic and tourism development of northern Saudi Arabia.
   The arrival of direct Qatar Airways flights to Hail is a practical implementation of the directives of the Hail governor, which he announced during the Hail Investment Forum 2025. The directives aimed to solidify Hail’s position as a regional logistics center and a major hub for air transport in the north of the Kingdom, fully supporting Vision 2030's objectives in diversifying the economy and promoting investment and tourism.
