Yesterday, we had a phenomenal visit to the White House to celebrate the 80-year bond between the United States of America and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia."
He added: "Yesterday, we officially designated the Kingdom as the major non-NATO ally. It is a great honor that happens seldom. So I just want to congratulate you on that. That is a sign of trust. We also signed a historic Strategic Defense Agreement yesterday. It is a very honorable partnership. We will be selling the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia some of the greatest military equipment ever built."
The president concluded by emphasizing that the two countries are working together to make the alliance stronger and more powerful than ever before.
