Congratulatory Stage Given by Women's Union Members in Pyongyang

 Pyongyang, November 22 (KCNA) -- The congratulatory stage "Patriotism and Pyongyang Women" was given by members of the women's union in Pyongyang at the Pyongyang Municipal Youth Park Open-Air Theatre from Nov. 11 to 21.
Among the audience were officials and members of the women's union and other working people in the municipality.
It began with motivation and chorus "Dear Father". The performers sang in praise of the rosy future of the country along with the noble life of the women under the great trust and benevolence of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Poem reciting and song "I Love My Mother" and other numbers showed well that the dignity of the Korean women is being demonstrated on the highest level and the honor of mothers who add fragrance to the large socialist family with pure and sincere maternal love is being glorified as they hold the peerlessly great men in high esteem.
The audience was moved by the stories about the mothers who have stoutly covered the road of loyalty and patriotism, cherishing the loyalty to the leader as the inherent duty of life and firmly believing in and following the Party only with single mind.
Fully reflected in quartet "The Motherland and My Destiny" and other numbers was the firm pledge of the DPRK women to become patriotic women and communist mothers who cultivate the happiness of the large socialist family, bringing earlier the comprehensive development of Korean-style socialism.
The congratulatory stage ended with choruses "We Are Koreans" and "Do Prosper, My Motherland". -0-
