HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister inaugurates Cityscape Bahrain 2025
Manama, Nov. 25 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today inaugurated Cityscape Bahrain 2025 at Exhibition World Bahrain in Sakhir, held under His Royal Highness' patronage.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister affirmed that the growth and advancement of the real estate sector reflects the Kingdom’s attractive investment and business environment. His Royal Highness stressed that this growth underscores Bahrain’s position as a leading international investment destination, contributing to the advancement of the Kingdom’s comprehensive development led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
His Royal Highness highlighted the promising opportunities of Bahrain’s real estate sector, underscoring the central role that real estate plays in drawing high-quality investments which are essential to advancing the Kingdom’s diversification efforts.
His Royal Highness emphasised that adopting modern technologies and global practices is vital for sector development, particularly real estate, ensuring sustainable growth and reinforcing Bahrain’s position as a leading investment hub.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister also noted that the Kingdom’s hosting of prestigious exhibitions and conferences highlights its advanced infrastructure and expertise, further strengthening Bahrain’s global reputation as a convenor of global dialogue and events.
His Royal Highness reiterated Bahrain’s commitment to developing its exhibitions and conferences ecosystem as an engine of economic growth that attracts quality investments and strengthens the Kingdom’s regional leadership.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister commended Team Bahrain for their dedication and determination, noting that their collective efforts continue to transform challenges into achievements, inspired by the vision of His Majesty the King. His Royal Highness added that the unity and resolve demonstrated across all sectors reflect the Kingdom’s ongoing journey of progress and achievement.
His Royal Highness expressed his gratitude to the event organisers and wished them further success.
For his part, His Excellency Eng. Essam bin Abdullah Khalaf, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), affirmed the significance of the fourth edition of Cityscape Bahrain 2025 in reinforcing the Kingdom’s status as a hub for investments and prestigious real estate exhibitions, in line with HM the King’s visionary aspirations.
HE Eng. Khalaf expressed his gratitude for His Royal Highness’s patronage of the exhibition, noting that such support serves as a key incentive to continue developing the sector and driving economic growth.
