King Fahd National Library Highlights Saudi Intellectual Heritage at Kuala Lumpur Book Fair

   Kuala Lumpur, June 03, 2026, SPA -- King Fahd National Library is participating in the Kingdom's pavilion at Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair 2026. It is showcasing a selection of cultural and educational publications that introduce visitors to Saudi intellectual output and highlight the library's role in preserving and documenting the Kingdom's intellectual heritage.
   The pavilion features an interactive screen displaying historical and rare photographs from the National Archives. The collection includes images of official visits exchanged between Saudi Arabia and Malaysia, scenes from the Two Holy Mosques and historic Diriyah, and photographs documenting the development of transportation in the Kingdom.
   The pavilion has attracted the interest of visitors and researchers through its publications and archival materials documenting aspects of Saudi culture and intellectual development over the decades. The participation forms part of the Kingdom's broad cultural presence at the fair, led by the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission, as Saudi Arabia participates as guest of honor.
