Finance Minister meets Russian Culture Minister at Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum 2026 in Russia

Petersburg, Jun. 5 (BNA): Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy and Chairman of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, met Olga Lyubimova, Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation. The meeting was held as part of the Finance Minister's chairmanship of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s delegation participating in the 2026 Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum, held in the city of Saint Petersburg in Russia. 

Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa highlighted the longstanding bilateral relations between Bahrain and Russia, and their continued development across various domains, based on mutual commitment to further developing them in a manner that serves shared goals and interests.

The meeting also reviewed areas of cooperation between the two countries across different sectors and discussed topics of mutual interest.
