Saudi Arabia to Face Uruguay in 2026 FIFA World Cup Group H Opener Tomorrow

   Miami, June 15, 2026, SPA -- The Saudi Arabia football team opens its 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign against Uruguay tomorrow, Tuesday, in Miami, in the first round of Group H.
   The Saudi team, led by Greek coach Georgios Donis, has completed 12 training sessions in preparation for the tournament—the Kingdom's seventh World Cup appearance.
   Saudi Arabia will be looking to replicate its memorable 2022 World Cup opening victory over Argentina (2-1), as a win would significantly boost its chances of advancing beyond the group stage.
   The two sides previously met at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, where Uruguay won 1-0.
