Riyadh Municipality Attracts More Than 4,700 Visitors to FIFA World Cup Viewing Venues

   Riyadh, June 17, 2026, SPA -- Riyadh Region Municipality attracted more than 4,700 visitors to the FIFA World Cup 2026 viewing venues it prepared through its “My City” offices as part of an initiative aimed at bringing FIFA World Cup matches closer to residents and visitors through designated viewing venues across Riyadh.
   The viewing locations witnessed strong attendance from families, young people, and football fans, with the municipality providing 12 fully equipped sites distributed across five geographic zones in Riyadh.
   The initiative enhanced community engagement in World Cup-related activities by providing convenient, well-equipped venues for residents to watch matches in an interactive atmosphere, supporting social cohesion, and reinforcing the role of "My City" offices as platforms for serving residents and implementing community initiatives.
   The Riyadh Region Municipality continues to implement community programs and activities aimed at enhancing the quality of life, encouraging community participation, and providing value-added initiatives for residents and visitors, in line with its vision to become a leading municipality for a prosperous and sustainable Riyadh.
