The closing ceremony of the 19th Iran International Documentary Film Festival, known as Cinema Verite, was held on Tuesday evening (December 16, 2025) at Tehran’s Vahdat Hall, attended by Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Seyyed Abbas Salehi, Head of the Cinema Organization Raed Faridzadeh, festival secretary Mohammad Hamidi Moghaddam, Iran Cinema House CEO Homayoun As’adian, and a large gathering of documentary filmmakers, jury members, and cinema figures.
