DPRK Machine-Building Industry Makes Achievements

 Pyongyang, July 14 (KCNA) -- The machine-building industry of the DPRK makes successes in the production of custom-built equipment by enhancing the scientific and technological power.
The workers at the Taean Heavy Machine Complex improved the performance of equipment, processed quality motor rotor axis with various jigs and equipment, and introduced valuable inventions helpful to raising the grade of insulating material. By doing so, they have increased the quality and quantity of products.
The Ryongsong Machine Complex has optimized the measuring method by a three-dimensional measuring instrument capable of increasing the parts processing accuracy and of shortening the processing time, and made and installed five-axis machining center and boring machine with its own efforts and technology to fulfill its daily plan.
The Pyongyang Electric Cable General Factory 326 is taking innovative measures to keep the production of various electric cables going at a high rate.
The workers at the Anju Pump Factory and the Munchon Valve Factory are over-fulfilling their plans on all indices by directing efforts to technical innovations for upgrading production lines and improving the quality and productivity of goods. -0-
