Bahrain offers condolences to India for victims of tunnel collapse under construction in Sikkim

Manama, Jul. 21 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain expressed sympathy with the Republic of India following the collapse of a tunnel under construction in the northeastern state of Sikkim, which resulted in the death of a number of people. 

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom’s sincere condolences and sympathy to the Indian government and people, and to the families and relatives of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured and a swift rescue of those trapped.
