Songdowon General Foodstuff Factory

 Pyongyang, July 25 (KCNA) -- The Songdowon General Foodstuff Factory in Wonsan City, Kangwon Province is renowned for its various quality foodstuffs.
Its quality products are popular among the public for being as tasty as those of the famous foodstuff factories in the capital city.
The factory manufactured and installed new high-performance equipment for streamlining the production process. It has also made progress in updating the existing instant noodle production line.
The factory was awarded the rotating pennant and citation for its best role in carrying out the national economic plan for 2025. Seven kinds of its products were registered as February 2 Goods at the National Foodstuff Exhibition-2026 held in April.
During his visit to the factory on July 25, 2018, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un expressed great satisfaction at the fact that the products of the factory are spread across the country for being as good as those of the foodstuff factories in Pyongyang.
He stressed the need for the factory to direct efforts to developing new products so as to always gain public favour and greatly contribute to improving the people's diet. -0-
