Senior Party and Government Officials Visit War Museum
Pyongyang, July 27 (KCNA) -- Pak Thae Song, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and other leading officials of the Party, government and armed forces organs and senior officials of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly, the Cabinet, ministries and national agencies visited the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum on July 26 to mark the 73rd anniversary of the war victory.
A flower basket in the name of Comrade Kim Jong Un was laid before the statue of President Kim Il Sung at the museum.
Also, placed were flower baskets in the name of the WPK Central Committee, the SPA Standing Committee of the DPRK, the Cabinet of the DPRK and the Korean People's Army.
The visitors paid high tribute to the statue of the President.
They went round the halls at the museum showing the period from the first stage of the war to its forth stage, the hall of guards units, the hall of victory, etc.
They recollected with deep emotion the outstanding feats of the peerlessly brilliant commander, who trained the army and people of the DPRK to be the heroic army and people, set a brilliant example in the anti-imperialist revolutionary war and laid an eternal cornerstone for carrying forward the revolutionary traditions of Juche while covering the bloody path untrodden by any state and braving the worst challenges. -0-
