ANOTHER BOMBING VICTIM TRANSFERRED TO SINGAPORE
Batam, Jul 19 (ANTARA) - Another badly injured victim in the Mega Kuningan bombing attacks is being transferred from a Jakarta to a Singapore hospital.
The patient, a Dutchman, is scheduled to arrive at the National University Hospital past midnight, Channel NewsAsia reported Sunday night.
Since the double terrorist bombing attacks occurred at breakfast time last Friday at JW Marriott and Ritz Carlton hotels in the Mega Kuningan business center, with victims, including an Indonesian, had been flown to Singapore.
Nine people were killed in the bombing attacks, and 52 others, both Indonesians and foreigners, were injured. They were rushed to several hospitals for emergency treatment, including MMC hospital, Pertamina's central hospital, Medistra hospital, and Kramat Jati police hospital.
Those transferred to Singapore were in the company of an SOS International medical team.
The 12 injured victims were under intensive treatment at the Metropolitan Medical Center (MMC) hospital, including three foreigners Canadian Andrew Stuart Cobhan, Dutchman Maxboon, and Korean Cho Ing Sang were rolled out MMC hospital Sunday night at 7 p.m for treatment in their respective countries.
Those transferred from MMC hospital to Singapore were American Cindy Edward, American Gary Ford, American Kevin Moore, Dutchman Van Wesel, Australian Scott Mirilles, and Simond Petvral Lowes, also an American.
