National Sports Contest of Students of Schools for Orphans-2026 Held in DPRK

 Pyongyang, July 30 (KCNA) -- The National Sports Contest of Students of Schools for Orphans-2026 was held in Sinuiju City, the DPRK from July 27 to 29.
More than 220 players from all the schools for orphans competed in football and volleyball matches. Among the spectators were officials concerned and students of schools for orphans.
Footballers from Pyongyang Municipality and South Phyongan Province showed well their skills they have trained while enjoying a bright and cheerful life with nothing to envy in the world under the loving care of the Workers' Party of Korea. They were applauded by the spectators.
The team from Pyongyang Municipality won the football final.
The team from North Hamgyong Province won the volleyball final.
North Hamgyong Province took the first place in total standings.
The teams and players that proved successful were awarded trophy cups and medals. -0-
