Following recent snowfall in several provinces, residents of Khorramabad head to Mount Hashtad Pahlu for winter recreation. The mountain, covering about 3,000 hectares, begins roughly 40 kilometers southwest of Khorramabad and has long been known for its snow-covered slopes, which in the past served as a natural source of ice for the city.
