Successes Made in Construction of Regional-Industry Factories

 Pyongyang, August 21 (KCNA) -- Service personnel of the 124th regiments of the Korean People's Army finished the work for installing doorframes at regional-industry factories to be built in the counties of Kangnam, Ragwon, Musan, Myonggan and Samsu and the district of Taean, while accelerating the project for tiling their outer walls.
The non-permanent Ministry of National Defence group for the Regional Development 20×10 Policy is ensuring that final building work is done in line with the requirements of the construction methods, while organizing and directing the work with the main emphasis on enhancing the responsibility and role of supervisory officials of the construction units.
Each regiment is making a proactive effort to strengthen the final-construction workforce, enhance the skill of soldier-builders and improve the construction quality. In this way they are ensuring the quality of structures.
Those units have pushed ahead with the interior and exterior construction projects with the same spirit as was displayed in finishing the installation of doorframes.
The units engaged in the construction of regional-industry factories in the counties of Sijung and Hwaphyong are carrying out the building work in cooperation with the design, construction and supervisory officials. They arranged technical study, demonstrations and contests of skilled builders so that soldier-builders could operate the construction equipment well. They have also stepped up the project for tiling the outer walls.
Soldier-builders in the counties of Sinphyong, Sonchon, Songhwa and Thongchon, the district of Panmun and the area of the Sinuiju Combined Greenhouse Farm are devoting themselves to the process-by-process engagement in keeping with construction standards and regulations.
Those units in the counties of Sinhung, Pongsan, Phyongwon, Phyonggang, Maengsan and Unryul secured utensils and tools needed for final projects and intensified the supervision so as to ensure the quality of all the processes of construction and save materials. -0-
