Bahrain welcomes integration of SDF into Syrian state institutions

Manama, Aug. 26 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain welcomed the announced integration of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), along with all its military and civilian formations, into the Syrian state institutions, describing it as an important milestone in supporting Syria's national unity, reinforcing its state sovereignty and territorial integrity, and upholding the rule of law.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Bahrain’s firm support for Syria's security, stability, sovereignty, and constitutional state-building, expressing hope that this move will fulfill the Syrian people's aspirations for long-term coexistence and prosperity, while facilitating Syria's full restoration of its regional and international role.
