Iran, Afghanistan discuss bilateral ties

Tehran, IRNA — Director General for South Asian Affairs at Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mohammad Reza Bahrami and Amir Khan Muttaqi, the foreign minister of Afghanistan’s Taliban-led government, have discussed the issues of mutual interest.

Bahrami and Muttaqi, during the meeting held in Afghanistan on Monday, reviewed bilateral relations as well as regional issues.

The two sides expressed satisfaction with the growing relations between Iran and Afghanistan.
