25th National Youth and Children's Festival of Loyalty Opens in DPRK
Pyongyang, February 13 (KCNA) -- The 25th National Youth and Children's Festival of Loyalty opened in the DPRK on the occasion of the auspicious February holiday, the birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il.
The festival will be held divided into political, economic, art and sports festivals. And there will be a question-and-answer study contest, an exhibition of young people's successes in making technological innovations, sports games and other events.
An opening ceremony took place at the Central Youth Hall on February 12.
Present there were officials of the youth league and school youth and children in Pyongyang.
Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, made a report at the ceremony to be followed by resolution-taking speeches. -0-
