Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Sends Greetings to Vietnamese President

 Pyongyang, September 2 (KCNA) -- Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on September 2.
The message said:
I extend warm congratulations to you and, through you, to the Vietnamese party, government and people on the occasion of the 81st founding anniversary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
I take this opportunity to express the belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two parties and two countries would grow stronger in conformity with the spirit of the agreement reached at our meeting in Pyongyang in October last year, and wish you good health and bigger success in your responsible work for leading the party and the state. -0-
