National Youth Sci-tech Successes Exhibition Closes in DPRK

 Pyongyang, September 2 (KCNA) -- A national youth sci-tech successes exhibition came to a close in the DPRK with due ceremony at the Sci-Tech Complex on September 1.
The exhibition took place amid the zeal of young people across the country to contribute to attaining new long-term goals set forth by the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea on the strength of science and technology.
Present at the closing ceremony were youth league officials and working youths.
Team standings were announced and diplomas, youth science and technology prizes and citations were awarded to the successful youth league organizations and participants. Then resolution-taking speeches were made.
Paek Un Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, gave a closing address. -0-
