Sci-tech Successes Made at Kim Il Sung University

 Pyongyang, September 6 (KCNA) -- According to Rodong Sinmun, Kim Il Sung University is working hard to celebrate its 80th founding anniversary with excellent sci-tech achievements.
The university is striving to establish an intermediate test production process this year on the basis of developing the metal titanium production technology in Korean style.

It carries out the tasks to upgrade and introduce the functions of the intelligent medical service system of city and county hospitals and establishes an integrated production system of the offshore farm being built in Riwon County.
It carried out the task to develop a biological information collection and analysis system for intelligent animal husbandry and introduced it into the Samgwang Livestock Farm.
It has made successes in carrying out the 10 basis advanced research tasks and the ten major research projects for the economic development and the improvement of the people's living standard.
It has published valuable academic papers in prestigious international academic journals, thus contributing to showing the development of the basic science of the country. -0-
