Al-Baha's Marawah Theater Stands as Monument to Heritage and Cultural Life

   Al-Baha, September 13, 2026, SPA -- The Marawah open-air theater in Al-Baha Region serves as a venue for national, cultural, and entertainment events, blending spacious design with an aesthetic inspired by the region's heritage.
   Located along King Abdulaziz Road, which connects Taif to Aseer Region, the theater spans about 12,000 square meters and accommodates more than 5,000 attendees. It features a royal box with a capacity of 300 people, VIP lounges, and parking for over 1,000 vehicles.
   The venue's design leverages the site's natural sloping topography, with local stone cladding on facades and structural elements evoking Al-Baha's traditional architecture. At its center is a stage framed by three three-story buildings clad in local stone.
   Since its establishment, Marawah Theater has hosted numerous events, including Al-Baha Summer Festival, reflecting the regional municipality's efforts to develop cultural and tourism infrastructure while preserving local identity.
