Comrade Vladimir Putin, dear friend of the Korean people,
All the Korean people and I express deep thanks to you for your warm congratulations on the occasion of the 78th founding anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea that gave boundless encouragement.
Today the two countries and peoples of the DPRK and Russia are continuously writing a new biography of the great history of alliance, consolidating the faith and unity and protecting justice and peace together in the face of the uneven historical storm.
Steadfast without doubt is the will of mine and the DPRK government to expand and deepen in an overall way the common work with the Russian Federation, proceeding from the shared understanding of the rosy future of the DPRK-Russia relations based on the tradition of friendship, good neighborliness and mutual assistance and the solid relations of alliance between the two countries.
Being firmly convinced of the victory of the Russian Federation in the present sacred war to defend the national security interests and the international justice, I promise my invariable support to you, dear friend, and the fraternal Russian people.
I wish success and glory always to you and the Russian people in the future. -0-
