Songyong Paint Factory Expands Production Capacity

 Pyongyang, September 18 (KCNA) -- The Songyong Paint Factory in the DPRK is expanding its production capacity by dint of science and technology.
The factory has reinforced the ranks of talents and conducted a technical innovation movement to solve the problems arising in the production of various kinds of functional paints.
It increased the production capacity of acrylic acid 1.5 times as compared with the same period of last year by raising the enthusiasm of its employees for creating new technology, while concentrating efforts on producing more quality paint with domestic raw materials and lowering the standard of consumption of raw materials.
Its technicians and workers in charge of the development of catalysts have intensified the research to make quality catalysts suited to the actual conditions.
The technical team of the factory is pushing ahead with the work to improve the technical indices such as whiteness and granularity. -0-
