Appearance of Hamhung City Renovated

 Pyongyang, September 22 (KCNA) -- In recent years, Hamhung City in the DPRK has direct much effort to changing its appearance.
The South Hamgyong Provincial Revolutionary Museum was built in the central part of the city in a more splendid way. The Hamhung Grand Theatre, the South Hamgyong Provincial Hall of Culture, the Riding Club, the Air Club and the Hamhung Stadium were newly built or reconstructed, and high-rise apartment houses were built in various districts.
Trolley buses and passenger buses produced by the working class in the city are running on roads which were upgraded technically, and the streets and commercial service networks in the residential areas have been improved in a splendid way.
Working people and residents in South Hamgyong Province and Hamhung City are striving to raise the level of modernization and civilization of streets and villages in provincial seats by their own efforts during the new five-year plan. -0-
