Successes Made at Construction Projects for Regional Development Policy

 Pyongyang, September 28 (KCNA) -- Officers and men of the Korean People's Army, dispatched to Phanmun District, Kaesong Municipality of the DPRK, are pushing ahead with the construction project for the regional development policy.
After finishing the framework construction of light industrial factories in a short span of time, they have speeded up the tile-setting of outer walls at the final stage while actively exploring and introducing innovative methods.
