Coalition Naval Forces Carry Out Military Operation in Al-Hudaydah Governorate

   Riyadh, October 6, 2026, SPA -- Official Spokesperson of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen Major General Turki Al-Malki stated that the coalition naval forces carried out a military operation in Al-Hudaydah Governorate.
   Major General Al-Malki explained that the operation included the destruction of legitimate military targets belonging to the terrorist Houthi militia, thwarting a plot for imminent attacks targeting waterways in the southern Red Sea, and destroying weapons depots, storage facilities for explosive-laden boats, and naval mines.
   He added that the operation is within the objectives of the coalition to protect maritime navigation security in the Bab Al-Mandab Strait.
