Kangwon Provincial Friendship Delegation of DPRK Leaves for China

 Pyongyang, October 18 (KCNA) -- A Kangwon provincial friendship delegation of the DPRK led by Hwang Man Bok, chairman of the Kangwon Provincial People's Committee, left here on Saturday to visit Jiangsu Province, China.
The delegation was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by officials concerned and the Chinese ambassador to the DPRK. -0-
