SRCA Ranks First and Third in Arab World in Arab Pulse Wave Initiative

   Dammam, October 18, 2026, SPA -- The Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) has secured first and third place in the Arab world in the “Arab Pulse Wave” initiative, organized by the Arab Resuscitation Council to mark World Restart a Heart Day.
   The authority’s Eastern Region branch ranked first in the Arab world, training 101,071 individuals in CPR and first aid. Meanwhile, the general directorate of volunteering in Riyadh secured third place, training 32,067 individuals. These efforts enabled SRCA to train 133,138 individuals in essential lifesaving skills.
   These leading positions underscore SRCA’s commitment to expanding community-based training and equipping individuals with essential lifesaving and first-aid skills to help the public respond effectively to emergencies.
