'10 From Saudi' Program Opens Global Expansion Opportunities for 10 Startups

Riyadh, October 18, 2026, SPA -- The "10 From Saudi" program is bringing together 10 promising enterprises for a specialized international track designed to accelerate their business growth and strengthen their readiness to expand into European markets. The program begins at "Jada 30," one of the Social Development Bank's (SDB) initiatives in Riyadh, and continues at the Incubateur HEC Paris at STATION F, one of the world's largest startup campuses.
Supported and sponsored by the Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) and operated by SDB, the program aims to open new opportunities for Saudi enterprises to access global innovation and investment ecosystems. It builds on SDB's efforts to create an integrated ecosystem that empowers entrepreneurship, going beyond financing to develop organizational capabilities, strengthen investment readiness, and build business networks.
Selected enterprises will have the opportunity to benefit from global expertise, forge strategic relationships with investors and international companies, and explore opportunities for growth worldwide. The program targets startups across six technology tracks: fintech, artificial intelligence and data, healthtech, climate tech, logistics tech, and gaming.
Enterprises are selected based on criteria focused on the readiness of their business models, their teams' execution capabilities, and their potential for commercial expansion. These criteria are intended to help participants make the most of the program and turn their involvement into practical steps toward entering international markets.
The international program at the Incubateur HEC Paris at STATION F includes workshops, advisory sessions, and meetings with investors, experts, and entrepreneurs. It also provides opportunities to connect with companies and institutions across Europe's innovation ecosystem. The program aims to support businesses, strengthen their competitiveness, and build commercial and investment partnerships that contribute to their long-term growth.
The 10 From Saudi program exemplifies collaboration between the development finance and banking sectors to support the entrepreneurial economy. It helps expand opportunities for startups in Saudi Arabia and strengthen their links with global markets, in line with Saudi Vision 2030's objectives of diversifying the economy and developing promising sectors.
