Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Has Photo Session with Participants in Third Meeting of Company Leaders of KPA

 Pyongyang, October 28 (KCNA) -- Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, had a photo session with the participants in the Third Meeting of Company Leaders of the Korean People's Army on Oct. 27.
He was accompanied by Pak Jong Chon, vice-chairman of the WPK Central Military Commission.
Present there were Kim Song Gi, minister of National Defence of the DPRK, Ri Yong Gil, chief of the General Staff of the KPA, Yu Kwang U, first vice-director of the General Political Bureau of the KPA, and commanders of all services and large combined units.
All the participants broke into enthusiastic cheers with deep reverence for the great iron-willed brilliant commander who indicated the bright path for firmly guaranteeing the absolute might and eternal victory of the armed forces of the Republic with his outstanding army-building idea and energetic leadership and placed the company leaders in the vanguard of it, repeatedly showing great trust and warm love for them.
Comrade Kim Jong Un waved back to the cheering participants as a token of his encouragement to them who fully demonstrated the staunch revolutionary spirit and militant mettle of the commanding officers of the new generation shouldering the future of the KPA through the meeting, a historic occasion for accelerating the fresh innovation and simultaneous development of the entire army.
Saying that the current world-startling mightiness of the KPA is attributable to the fact that all its companies, the grass-roots units and cornerstone of the army, are steady with their inexhaustible political and ideological might and matchless combat capabilities, incomparably stronger than any ultra-modern military hardware, he highly appreciated once again the brilliant feats of the company leaders who take charge of their companies, the bases of soldiers' life and main combat units of the armed forces of the DPRK, to become the engine for performing countless military exploits and achievements with ardent loyalty, revolutionary spirit of service and devoted efforts.
Noting that the unique role of the company leaders in the building of a strong army intended by us is so important that it can never be classified according to the ranks of commanding officers and the number of stars on collar badge, he stressed that it is the firm determination and will of the Party Central Committee to courageously carry out the gigantic historic task for strengthening the entire army and accelerate the military revolution in the new era, along with the strengthening of companies, by relying on the company commanders.
The primary revolutionary task of the company leaders is to round off the combat preparations of their units for getting fully ready for fighting a war and the way for its implementation is to bring about a radical improvement in the strenuous and intensive training, he said, adding that their loyalty to the Party and the revolution, the country and the people, and their ability as organizers and commanders should be proved by proud successes in turning their companies into a-match-for-a-hundred ranks with firm revolutionary faith, patriotic spirit and matchless heroic mettle and fighting efficiency.
He said that the foundation of our armed forces would be further cemented by the ardent and reliable company leaders with transparent revolutionary spirit and the future of the cause of building a strong army be immensely rosy thanks to them. Expressing expectation and belief that all the participants in the meeting would redouble their efforts to strengthen their companies and thus bring about a successful result without fail, he had a photo taken with them.
The participants in the Third Meeting of Company Leaders of the KPA renewed their firm determination to demonstrate the heroic spirit peculiar to the KPA and its tradition of invincibility by thoroughly implementing the original line of the Party Central Committee on attaching importance to companies and strengthening them and live up to the great trust and loving care of Comrade Kim Jong Un by dedicating themselves to the sacred struggle for defending the eternal prosperity of the country and the well-being of the people in every way. -0-
