Saudi Social Development Bank Wins WSBI-ESBG SDG Award 2026

   Lima, November 5, 2026, SPA -- The Social Development Bank won the WSBI-ESBG SDG Award 2026 in its second edition for supporting economic growth and empowerment, in recognition of its development practices, financial inclusion efforts, and contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals.
   CEO Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Hamidi received the award during the World Savings and Retail Banking Institute (WSBI) meetings in Lima, Peru.
   Al-Hamidi said the recognition reflects the success of the Saudi development model in delivering sustainable impact. He reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to developing innovative initiatives and solutions that strengthen its international standing.
   The award, received for the second consecutive year, highlights the bank’s role in empowering individuals, families, and entrepreneurs through financing products and non-financial services, supporting economic and social development in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
