National Sci-tech Presentation in Field of Construction Held

 Pyongyang, November 7 (KCNA) -- A national sci-tech presentation in the field of construction took place at the Central Committee of the Architects Union of Korea from November 3 to 6.
Attending it were officials, teachers, researchers and designers of various units including the State General Bureau of Design, the Ministry of Urban Management and Pyongyang University of Architecture. The presentation heard more than 190 valuable papers.
The proposals on the site selection of a tourist resort for all seasons and decoration of staircase railings according to the mission of a project were highly appreciated for their great practical significance in developing the Juche-oriented architecture and bringing about a radical change in the protection of ecological environment.
During the presentation there was an experience-sharing meeting and a video show on the trend of construction. -0-
