JAPAN OFFERS SCHOLARSHIPS FOR MALAYSIAN CITIZENS




KUALA LUMPUR, July 25 (Bernama) -- The Japanese Government is offering
scholarships for Malaysians under 40 years old who are interested in pursuing
Masters degree courses in Japan under the Young Leaders' Program (YLP), from
next year until 2011.

The Embassy of Japan here in a statement Friday said five courses were
available under the YLP, namely Business Administration, Law, School of
Government, School
of Local Governance and Medical Administration.

Those who are interested in the Business Administration course can contact
the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia at 03-62049811 (Annie
William) and for the other courses, candidates can call the Public Service
Department at 03-88853555 (Nor Hasaliza Asikin).
