Bull-Dog Sauce sets up sales unit in Beijing+

TOKYO, July 24 Kyodo -
Bull-Dog Sauce Co. said Friday it has established a sales subsidiary in Beijing
with an eye toward posting annual sales of 100 million yen in China in three
years' time.

The wholly owned subsidiary is the Japanese Worcestershire sauce maker's first
overseas unit.
Bull-Dog is expecting sufficient demand for its products in China as Japanese
restaurants and convenience stores are increasing in Beijing and other Chinese
cities.
Bull-Dog had been exporting its products to China via an agent.
