Two field-grade officers apprehended on charges of leaking: official

SEOUL, Aug. 4 (Yonhap) -- Military prosecution said Tuesday it has apprehended
two field-grade officers on suspicion of leaking classified information on a
building housing a security command.
The officers -- an Army lieutenant colonel and an Air Force major -- handed over
a CD containing the design of the building to an employee of a construction
company in September 2006, it said.
The employee has also been taken into custody, an official at the Prosecutors'
Office at the Ministry of National Defense said.
The company was in charge of the construction of the Defense Security Command,
which ended in November last year and houses state-of-the-art defense security
equipment, the official said.
The lieutenant colonel, only identified by his last name Jang, and the major,
Lee, will be court-martialed after arrest warrants are issued, the official said,
speaking on condition of anonymity.
