Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques chairs Cabinet`s weekly meeting 5 Jeddah

The Cabinet authorized President of King Abdulaziz City for Science
and Technology or his deputy to discuss with the French side and sign
a draft agreement on cooperation in the field of the development of
peaceful uses of nuclear energy between the Government of the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of France.

The Cabinet approved the addition of the following phrase "A fee (10
per cent) shall be collected from the just value when the ownership
is transferred by means other than the sale, except in cases of
inheritance, legacy, endowment, gift, waiver of property free of
charge for one first-degree relatives or donation to charities" to
the end of article (1) of the Cabinet's decision No. (149) dated
25/11/1377 H. crowned by the Royal Decree No. (44) dated 29/11/1377
H.

The Cabinet approved the continuation of paragraphs (1, 2) of the
Cabinet's decision No. (7) dated 01/01/1422 H. as regards allowing
the import of Palestinian commodities and products and continuing to
bear the customs duties by the state for another year as of
11/09/1430 H.
