UAE President condemns the unsuccessful attempt on the life of

Riyadh, August 28, SPA -- Sheikh Khalifa bin Zaid Al Nahyan,
President of the United Arab Emirates, today condemned the
unsuccessful attempt on the life of Prince Mohammed bin Naif,
Assistant Minister of Interior for Security Affairs, which took place
last night.

In a cable to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah
bin Abdulaziz Al Saud carried by the United Arab Emirates News
Agency, the President of the UAE expressed his denunciation of the
incident, wishing the King steady progress and prosperity under the
leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and
congratulating Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, on his safety.
