Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques chairs Cabinet's session 2 Jeddah
The minister said the Cabinet also expressed appreciation of the
great and continuous efforts exerted by brave security men as per
instructions of the Saudi leadership to confront the deviant thought,
lauding their successful pre-emptive attacks against the deviant
group. The Cabinet also confirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
will proceed with its endeavor to wipe out terrorism and up-root its
resources, praising the Saudi peoples' support for their leaders in
the face of terror and commending their rejection of whatever harms
the security, stability and integrity of the nation and nationals.
On the other hand, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques briefed the
meeting on the overall consultations, talks and contacts which took
place over the last days with some leaders of the world countries or
their envoys on different issues at the regional and international
arenas.
The monarch also briefed the Cabinet on the outcome of his meeting
with King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein, King of the Hashemite Kingdom
of Jordan, which tackled the latest developments in the region,
particularly the Palestinian issue, in addition to ways of enhancing
the fraternal relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the
Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the benefit of the two countries and
their peoples. The king also briefed the meeting on a message he has
received from Pakistan's President Asif Ali Zardari.
