Alatau district of Almaty celebrated Constitution Day
Almaty, September 01, 2009 (Khabar) - Residents of new district in Almaty, Alatau district had many reasons to be merry and joyous. Many positive changes happened here during one year. Celebration began from race with participation of over 200 residents of district and ran 3 km. The main event was broadcasting of military parade in Astana and congratulations of the President of RK. People watched the parade and say they are calm as national powerful army will defend them. And the main law, Constitution will defend their rights.
This year the city budget allocated 5 billion and 2 million tenge for the development of Alatau district. Committee of district self-governing was developed well. Schools, hospitals and nursery schools are built here and 62 families that suffered from flooding received the flats in a new micro district “Sayaly” on the eve of holiday. The dwelling at first can be rented and then it can be bought.

- Opening of Alatau district is a great success in solution of accumulated problems of district’s population. And this is realization of Constitutional rights of district’s residents. I congratulate everybody on Constitution Day and I wish you health, happiness and well-being.
The golden eagles flew over the central square for the whole day. And it looked just our state flag – blue sky, shining Sun and flying golden eagle. Old people say it is a good omen.
