Secretary General receives Chinese Party delegation
(KPL) Comrade Choummaly Sayasone, Secretary General of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and State President received at his office in Vientiane yesterday a courtesy visit of the Chinese Communist Party led by Mr. He Yong, Secretary of the Secretariat of CPC Central Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC.
The Chinese delegation arrived here on 30 August for a short working visit to Laos as a guest of Lao Central Inspection Commission of the Party Central Committee.
In an atmosphere of friendly talks and fraternity, Mr. Choummaly expressed his congratulations and highly valued the visit to Laos by the Chinese delegation as a big contribution to further strengthen the traditional friendship relations and co-operation between Laos and China, especially between the Lao Central Inspection Commission of the Party Central Committee and the Chinese Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC.
On this occasion, Mr. He Yong expressed thanks to Mr. Choummaly for his warm welcome and briefed him on his visit to Laos.
