FIABCI MALAYSIA GLOBAL SUMMIT IN OCTOBER

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 4 (Bernama) -- The Fiabci Malaysia Global Summit 2009
will be held on Oct 3 to discuss the global economy and real estate crisis,
opportunities that emerge and solutions for the future.

Themed "Reviving the Economy through Real Estate Growth", the annual real
estate conference was expected to attract over 500 delegates from Malaysia and
the region, Fiabci Malaysia Chapter said in a statement Friday.

Keynote speakers at the conference are former deputy executive secretary to
the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe in Geneva Prof Paolo Caronna,
chief representative of China for the Economist Group and director of Advisory
for Economist Intelligence Unit in China Steven Xu Sitao, founder and managing
editor of Property Finance Europe and Property Investor Europe Allan Saunderson
and former financial market adviser to the United States President Dr Philippa
Malmgren.

"We urge all key players in the corporations and companies to attend this
summit as many of us may not understand fully the suprime crisis that started
from United States can impact the overall stability of the global financial
system and economy seriously," said organising chairman Yeo Thit Sang in the
statement.

The summit will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
