Armed forces cause rebels huge losses in lives, equipment

SAADA, Sep.16 (Saba) - The
armed forces have controlled over a number of hills overlooking Dhamaj region as
well
as controlling two sites under the hand of the terrorism elements causing them huge
losses in lives and equipment, a military source announced on Wednesday.

The source added that heavy losses have been made to the rebels during clashes with
the army and security units in their hideouts using them to attack the citizens and
armed
forces in other sites in Dhamaj region.
Military units have also destroyed two vehicles loaded with weapons, ammunition and
supplies. A number of rebels who have been in these vehicles were killed and others
injured.
According to the source, the military forces also have destroyed a number of the
rebellion elements' hideouts in more than one region, noting that the units also
have defeated
the sabotage elements' attack and their infiltration to several regions.
